Position Summary

Trained immunologist required to conduct infectious disease studies related to Staphylococcus aureus biofilm-immune interactions, specifically in the mouse orthopedic implant infection model utilized in the research laboratory. Designs, executes and analyzes controlled scientific experiments. Participates in writing scientific manuscripts, submitting grant applications, and presenting data at local and national scientific meetings.

Able to author technical papers, reports, or program plans for both technical and non-technical audiences.
